Welcome to Sukkur Mall! We're your local online shopping destination in Sukkur. By placing an order with us, you agree to these simple terms.

1. How We Work

  • We're an online-only store - browse and order through our website
  • All communication happens via WhatsApp (We don't pick up calls)
  • Orders are confirmed through WhatsApp message
  • We operate from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily

2. Payment - Simple & Safe

  • Cash on Delivery - Pay when you receive your order
  • EasyPaisa / JazzCash - Pay via mobile wallet
  • Please keep exact change ready for the delivery rider (for COD)

3. Delivery in Sukkur

  • We deliver within Sukkur city only
  • Minimum order value: Rs 500
  • Same Day Delivery: Order before 4 PM for 7-PM-10 PM delivery
  • Next Day Delivery: Order after 4 PM for next day 7-PM-10 PM delivery
  • Free delivery on all orders
  • Someone must be available to receive the order at your address

4. Easy Returns

  • -day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unused with tags attached
  • We'll pick up the return from your doorstep
  • Refund given when item is picked up
  • Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange returns

5. Product Quality

  • All products are genuine and new
  • We personally check quality before delivery
  • Product photos are taken by us - what you see is what you get
  • Minor color variations possible due to screen settings

6. Your Part

  • Give us correct address and phone number
  • Be available when our rider arrives
  • Check your order immediately upon delivery
  • Let us know right away if there's any issue

7. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime before dispatch
  • Once dispatched, please receive the order (you can still return it)
  • We may cancel if item goes out of stock suddenly

8. Privacy & Security

  • We only use your info for order delivery
  • Your phone number is never shared or sold
  • We don't store any payment card information
