How to Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Send photos if product is damaged or defective
  4. Wait for return approval and instructions
  5. Pack the item securely with all original accessories
  6. Our delivery team will pick up the item

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be given when the item is picked up by our delivery team
  • Refunds processed within -5 business days after inspection
  • Cash refunds will be arranged via WhatsApp

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges available for size/color variations
  • Subject to product availability
  • Price difference will be adjusted
  • Same return period applies

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos (We don't pick up calls, only WhatsApp). We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
